About 165 glass industry representatives gathered at the Glazing Executives Forum, Sept. 13 in Atlanta, to discuss some of the top challenges facing glazing firms today, from the ongoing labor shortage to risk management, and from market uncertainty to lingering supply chain difficulties. The Glazing Executives Forum, now in its 15th year, is organized by the National Glass Association and held in conjunction with GlassBuild America.
While the overall U.S. economy may see a deceleration in growth in 2022, the North American glass industry can expect “a pretty appealing runway” with “years of growth,” says Connor Lokar, senior forecaster for ITR Economics. Lokar delivered the economic forecast address on Sept. 13 during the 15th Annual Glazing Executives Forum, held in conjunction with GlassBuild America.
We're here and we're live. It’s a big deal every year in September for the largest glass and fenestration trade show in the Americas, but more so in 2021.
GlassBuild is providing a small number of semi-private meeting areas located throughout the exhibit hall. Attendees are free to meet privately with exhibitors and/or other attendees by securing a meeting space on the spot.
