GlassBuild America trade show registration includes:

Confirmations

Upon receipt of your registration, a confirmation letter will be emailed to each registrant within three days.


Badge Credentials

Your registration confirmation includes a barcode which you will scan onsite at the Scan & Go counters to print your badge. If you forgot to bring the barcode with you, your badge can be obtained at the same Scan & Go Counters. Please note: NO BADGES WILL BE MAILED. Badges can be replaced for a $15 badge reprint fee.


Changes to Your Registration

Contact Customer Service at 800/310-7554 (U.S. and Canada) / 240/439-2554 (International) or log back into your registration and make your changes by September 11. After September 11, go to the main registration area at the Las Vegas Convention Center with your email confirmation, and modifications can be made at any onsite registration counter.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing on or before September 4, 2020. GlassBuild cancellations have a $50 processing fee that will be charged against each paid registration for Glazing Executives Forum. To cancel a paid registration and to request a refund - Call Customer Service at 800/310-7554 (U.S. and Canada) / 240/439-2554 (International). Email Experient Inc. for Attendees or Exhibitors

All refunds will be processed after the convention. No refunds will be given to Trade Show Only registrants. There will be no refunds after September 4th, 2020, for cancellations or "no shows."
