Five (5) booth personnel badges are provided with each 10’ x 10’ booth space rented. The booth personnel registration deadline will be Friday, October 14. As we get closer to the event dates, a Badge Pick-up Form will be sent to the companies that have completed registration.

Registrants who wish to cancel their registration should send a notice of cancellation via email to email@example.com. Notices received prior to the cancel deadline of 12 p.m. noon (EST) on Monday, September 19, 2022 will be refunded minus the appropriate cancellation fees. A $50 cancel fee will be applied for all education registration cancellations. There will be no cancellations for Trade show only registration.
Those who submit their cancellation request after the deadline will not receive a refund. No exceptions will be made to this policy. No refund will be issued for on-site registrations.
Infants and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult on the trade show floor. This policy is due to the nature of some presentations and to ensure the safety of registrants’ children. In addition, children should not be left unattended at the meeting. Your support and compliance are appreciated. Violation of these policies could result in revocation of meeting registration and removal from the meeting.
From time to time, GlassBuild uses photographs and videos of meeting events in its promotional materials. Unless the permission is revoked in writing to NGA, by virtue of their attendance, all meeting visitors agree to use their likeness in such materials.
Your name, address, phone number (if provided), and email address (if you did not opt out during the registration process), are stored in the QR code on your conference badge. If you allow an exhibitor to scan your badge, you will be releasing your information to that exhibitor. You should consider your name badge QR code as an electronic business card that enables you to easily provide your information to an exhibitor if you choose to do so.
Glazing Executives Forum sponsors (Gold and Silver levels) will obtain postal mailing addresses of the GEF registrants for a one-time use.
NGA reserves the right to utilize registrants’ data (name, address, and email) for e-mail/marketing communications regarding all NGA-affiliated programs.

Five (5) booth personnel badges are provided with each 10’ x 10’ booth space rented (excluding co-exhibitors). The badges allow access to the exhibit hall during move-in, show hours, and move-out. Additional Exhibitor badges can be purchased at $25.00/per person. GlassBuild does not allow exhibitors to have more than one badge per person. Sharing of badges is NOT allowed.

For security reasons, your event-specific badge will be required for admittance to all in-person events. Please wear your badge so that it can be easily seen at all times. All GlassBuild event badges are encoded with certain information about you, including your name and mailing address. Exhibitors can scan your badge to obtain that information. By giving an exhibitor your badge to scan, you are giving them consent to contact you.
If you lose or forget your badge, you will need to visit registration to pay the reprint fee of $15 to receive another copy (ID required).
