It's hard to be what you cannot see. Female role models matter for girls and women. Whether in the field, on the floor, in the office, or in the board room—seeing a little bit of yourself in someone, having someone to look up to well, that's just human nature. And that's the point of this session. From identifying role models to building your network of women to support and work together on common goals to inspiring the next generation of young women to see what they can be—it will all be happening this year at GlassBuild Mainstage.
