Registration

Cancellations: All cancellations must be received by August 28, 2026 and will processed after the tradeshow (if payment is involved).

• A $50 processing fee will be retained against each cancellation of any paid order 

Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the convention. 

• There will be NO refunds given for GlassBuild Tradeshow Admission registrations. 
• There will be NO refunds after August 28, 2026 for cancellations or "No Shows."

To cancel a paid registration and/or request a refund, contact Customer Service. 

Name changes should be emailed to gba.attendee@maritz.com. 

Infants and children under the age of 16  must be accompanied by an adult on the trade show floor. This policy is due to the nature of some presentations and to ensure the safety of registrants’ children. In addition, children should not be left unattended at the meeting. Your support and compliance are appreciated. Violation of these policies could result in revocation of meeting registration and removal from the meeting. 

By attending GlassBuild America, you acknowledge and agree to authorize NGA’s capture of your image in multimedia format during the live event and consent to subsequent use of your image in the public domain by NGA. NGA disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.

The National Glass Association (NGA) uses the personal data you provide in this registration for administering your participation in this event. This may include information about the event’s content, event logistics, payment, updates, and additional information related to the event. By registering for GlassBuild America, you acknowledge that your name, company name, city and state/country may be shared with other registered attendees. Except as described herein, NGA will not disclose your personal data to any other third party; NGA does not and has never sold or rented attendee contact information. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, are stored in the QR code on your conference badge. If you allow an exhibitor to scan your badge, you will be releasing your information to that exhibitor. You should consider your name badge QR code as an electronic business card that enables you to easily provide your information to an exhibitor if you choose to do so.  

Five (5) booth personnel badges are provided with each 10’ x 10’ booth space rented (excluding co-exhibitors). The badges allow access to the exhibit hall during move-in, show hours, and move-out. Additional Exhibitor badges can be purchased at $25.00/per person. GlassBuild does not allow exhibitors to have more than one badge per person. Sharing of badges is NOT allowed. Co-exhibitors need to use the allotment of badges from the primary exhibitor.

For security reasons, your event-specific badge will be required for admittance to all in-person events. Please wear your badge so that it can be easily seen at all times. All GlassBuild event badges are encoded with certain information about you, including your name and mailing address. Exhibitors can scan your badge to obtain that information. By giving an exhibitor your badge to scan, you are giving them consent to contact you.

If you lose or forget your badge, you will need to visit registration to pay the reprint fee of $15 to receive another copy (ID required).

Please be aware that, for security and safety reasons, no handcarts, trolleys, and/or large suitcases are allowed in the Exhibit Hall during show hours (excluding exhibitors). Attendees found on the exhibit floor with these items will be asked to leave the Exhibit Hall. Bags may be stored at the coat/baggage check at the applicable rates.

“Suitcasing” refers to those non-exhibitor registrants who solicit business in the exhibit hall, meeting rooms, lobby area, etc. Please report any suspected suitcasing activity to GlassBuild Management. Individuals/Companies that violate this policy will be subject to revocation of registration credentials and suspension of future exhibit or registration privileges.

Maritz is the only hotel vendor endorsed by NGA. If you are contacted by any other third-party company offering hotel assistance, please do not enter into any financial agreement, as these are often unauthorized solicitations and you will not be protected by event management. 

Please be aware that Las Vegas has a high volume of housing scammers. They are very savvy and can obtain event details and contact information directly from our website, making their outreach appear legitimate. Maritz does not cold call.  If you are contacted by any of these scammers, please report it to our staff.
