Approved Cutting Fluids
Salem Fabrication Supplies is an industry leader in glass polishing and processing. Our STM CUT-8 and STM CUT-14 lines of cutting fluids are approved by both Guardian and Vitro for use on all of their Low-Emissivity coatings.
STM CUT-8 is an evaporative cutting fluid for use where very little to no residue is desired. It is formulated for use mainly in the window industry where Low-E coatings are utilized and is considered a medium-to-medium-fast evaporative cutting fluid.
STM CUT-14 is a fast evaporative cutting fluid for use where very little to no residue is required. It is perfect for continuous cutting lines where the scored glass will be broken out immediately. STM CUT-14 is better suited for thinner window glass applications and Low-E coatings.

Denver Advance Elite Vertical CNC Work Center
HHH Equipment Resources brings you the Denver Advance Elite, an all-in-one modern alternative to the horizontal CNC work center. This vertical CNC machine offers the advantage of integrated opposing drilling, and reduced overall dimensions, along with standard horizontal CNC machining capabilities. It turns glass coming from the cutting table into finished product, handling all processing steps without need for operator intervention. This zero set up machine has 100% uptime with its optional continuous “Flow” configuration and is capable of edging, notching, countersinking and polishing (optional). The Advance Elite also offers new optional D-Shaping capabilities –allowing you to work fully shaped glass sheets without straight parts.

Thunder Cut Premium Self-Dressing Diamond Core Drills
Salem Fabrication Supplies has brought back our premium core drill line – the Thunder Cut. Feel the Power of the Storm with these new and improved high-speed core drills, part of our Storm Series of products. The Thunder Cut line of drills offers self-dressing capabilities and has an increased feed rate of up to 1.8 millimeter per second. These drills are designed for heavy industrial use on CNC and Forvet™ machinery and are available in both 75 mm and 95 mm overall lengths. Thunder Cut drills boast significantly reduced cycle times, and their specific bond design has achieved 3 to 4 times the life expectancy of standard core drills –all resulting in reduced maintenance and replacement costs.
