With a fixed unit on the left side and motorized movable unit on the right side, and a tilting range from 90° to 45°, the unit delivers unsurpassed versatility. Equipped with double acting vertical clamps, full protection of the saw blades, movable side support of 2.5 meters (8 feet), pneumatic spray mist lubrication and complete with a 2 TCT Saw Blades of Ø500 millimeter and two 4-horsepower motors, this unit is fully equipped for your production requirements.

The C4 4-meter vertical machining center with 11 tool changer is a computer numerically controlled vertical router for aluminum, PVC, fiberglass and steel capable of working on 3 sides of the profile. Pneumatic tilting working table: +90°/0°/-90°, intermediate angles are obtained by mechanical stops, optional CNC-controlled electronic rotation is available upon request. Spindle speed adjustment from 2800 to 18000 rpm is controlled by a frequency inverter. Computer Numerically Controlled interpolation of X and Y. Axis’ X, Y and Z movements utilize brushless motors. The unit comes complete with 4 pneumatic double acting clamps for material fixturing and an automatic tool changer. Software compensated tool diameter correction. Left and right profile zero stops, pneumatically actuated. Milling dimensions: X= 4000 millimeters; Y= 200 millimeters; Z= 180 millimeters. Perimeter protection for safety is optional. The C4 is equipped with a fixed tool magazine that can hold up to 11 tools. A retractable enclosure protects tools from chips and dust produced during the machining process.
