The Importance of Having Uncomfortable Conversations
Approximately 1,000 construction workers die on job sites each year. Over 5,000 people working in construction will die by suicide each year. Emotional safety is just as important as the physical safety of the workforce. Everyone across the glass and fenestration industries has the power to save lives. With awareness, we can work to identify the warning signs of someone who may be at risk and learn language to initiate a conversation to help them and others.
