CleanCut™ 1700 & 1800 Series Glass Cutting Tables

GED’s new CleanCut™ 1700 Series and 1800 Series include the 1700 and 1800 models (for cutting) and 1700-D and 1800-D models (for cutting and deletion). The 1800 Series processes larger lites (96" x 130") and the 1700 Series processes smaller lites (72" x 102"). Both series boast enhanced speed, updated technical features, and increased throughput while maintaining the options manufacturers want when selecting a glass production system. Features include programmable cutting and deletion force with electro-pneumatic actuation, new stationary belt drive system, true servo drive in GED-patented deletion head, regeneration brake system, easily accessible cutting fluid reservoir, and HEPA vacuum filter. Seamless integration with GED Software eliminates the need for additional setup, meaning less data maintenance with new stock introduction. EVO, the platform that goes beyond cutting

The EVO cutting platform is the top of the range Bottero cutting systems, offering exclusive performance and flexibility. Thanks to the option of equipping the machines with two additional tools besides the cutting tool, the EVO systems can be equipped, in addition to the low-e glass grinding, for example, for laser cutting or labelling of the processed piece. This option makes the EVO systems ideal for forming part of the automated and controlled production flow, which is typical in advanced glass factories and set forth in the “Industry 4.0” regulation.

The EVO range stands out due to its modularity and versatility, thanks to which the float cutting tables can be totally configured according to specific customer requirements: from stand-alone cutting tables intended for small productions, up to intensive high automation level production systems, fully integrated with Low-E grinding devices and marking, and loading and breakout modules.

Vertical glass drilling milling machine FV1000

FV1000 machine is specifically designed for drilling, milling and counter-sinking operations required to fabricate holes and notches of the door hinges and fittings. The machine bay consists of a high speed 3-axis single spindle driven by ball screws controlled by a CNC. The machine is equipped with a computer provided with customer-friendly software that allows the loading of a series of different working programs that can be loaded by selecting the built-in notches library. The glass sheet positioning is made through a pneumatic clamp with motorized movement that bring the glass inside and outside the machine. The spindle is provided of a pneumatic clamp for the fast tool changing.

Model GO-512S-280

US Centrifuge's Model GO-512S-280 is the perfect solution for coolant processing and filtration for the glass industry. Keeps coolants clean to improve efficiency, effectiveness and extends coolant life to provide a stable process. Providing easy connection to the process, the GO-5125-280 continuously cleans process coolant removing particulate as small as 0.5 micron in size while a flow of 110 percent capacity gives constant filtering even when the coolant flow from the process is stopped. The large capacity basket has a removeable stainless steel liner for ease of cleaning. The continuous circulation and cleaning improves process stability while prolonging the life of the coolant and grinding pads.

S125 Static Table - Interlayer Cutter

Single- to low-ply precision cutting, marking, and punching of glass interlayer material

Eastman’s static table system is capable of cutting, marking, and punching virtually any flexible material at speeds of up to 60 inches per second (152.4 cm/sec.). The static table system is available in a range of system lengths and widths to meet the demands for prototypes, one-offs and full-production runs. The system’s high-precision configuration features multi-axis motion for more defined and accurate cuts. Material is spread across the static table by an operator or with the use of a pneumatic gripper bar. The open plenum vacuum system design ensures evenly dispersed airflow for optimal material hold-down. This computer-controlled system features zoning capabilities to enable cutting in one area while the operator is simultaneously picking parts in another, maximizing daily production capacity.

  • Choice of standard, heavy-duty, or fiber tool head, featuring individually aligned and calibrated tool spindles with your choice of over 60 blades, punches, and notches.
  • A library feature within the operating control software allows the operator to save commonly used tool pressures and blade assignments based on job and material files.

C125 Conveyor System - Interlayer Cutter

Continuously cut and convey glass interlayer material with consistent speed and control

The Eastman Eagle C125 conveyor system, an automated interlayer cutter, boasts supreme capabilities for single- to low-ply cutting requirements. It has the ability to continuously convey rolled material goods with consistent speed and control. Eastman's gantry and tool head design are engineered to cut a variety of interlayer materials while exceeding industry standards for accuracy. The robust conveyor design delivers unrivaled levels of material utilization and is often capable of cutting multiple layers without plastic overlay. This computer-controlled cutting system requires minimal operator guidance to automatically feed and spread the material to the identified start position.
