Exhibitor Move-In Schedule

Move-In Deadline: Due to the amount of time and labor required to lay the aisle carpet, all exhibit booth installations must be completed by 5:00pm Monday, September 13, 2010. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

EXPO Hours

Exhibitors may enter the hall during move‑in and move‑out hours and one hour prior to and after Show hours. If you require access to the hall outside these hours, arrangements must be made with Show Management.

During the course of the Show, should you find it necessary to carry out maintenance on your booth either before or after the show hours, a pass must be requested from Show Management.

No work will be permitted during show hours.
